I kept an open mind when using this app as the prices seemed quite low but the outfits displayed were really cute. I decided to give it a try but made sure not to get my hopes up when ordering.
App was user friendly and I also recieved a discount being a new customer so that was another bonus. I selected items and checked out with ease.
Unfortunately there was a mix up with the shipping. There was a delay (was not the suppliers fault) it was an error made by the courier and my order was sent back to the supplier, I immediately contacted the company and they responded quickly and offered their apologies and offered multiple options to rectify the order including updating the sizes due to the delay luckily I had already purchased a larger size and the delay wouldn't effect the sizeing, I chose to resend the same order.
The supplier immediately resent the order and I have just recieved it less than a week after dispatch which was faster than expected.

The items are good quality better than expected for the price, materials are extremely soft against the skin and feel lovely the quality is really nice and not scratchy its a soft stretchy material although materials are not thick or bulky for extreme winter or cold weather and items they are not lined the quality it really great especially for the price. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this site again, for both the helpful and responsive service I recieved but also the cute and comfortable yet funky outfits for affordable prices.

I have had absolutely lovely items from this business and my son looks so gorgeous in the clothing. One item I had to have a refund on because of the print that was upside down, but this was resolved very quickly with JONALYN with a refund. I will be shopping here again as the items are so beautiful and any problems of which I only had one they are so quick in response and helpful.
