I ordered halloween costume for my baby. When it arrived i realized that its one size bigger. So i requested to exchange item with smaller size. Phoebe replied me saying they're going to send me new shipment with correct size outfit without any extra cost. I'm really very satisfied with patpat's customer service team.

I received my package and the clothes were a little wet due to the Hurricane in Kentucky. I reached out to Customer Service and they gave me a full voucher for all of the clothes! They also let me keep the clothes! That was awesome and outstanding. I appreciate that and they didn't hassle me over the voucher either. The person who assisted me was Rohanie and she was great!

Pat Pat clothes are so cute! And Arrived quickly. They are good quality and when some items didn't fit the service team responded quickly and solved my issue right away! I would definitely buy again.
