It was very quick and fast service after I order. Upon receiving of the items some I did not like the but they help me resolve the issue.

Reyna was a great customer service representative and helped me cancel an incorrectly placed order very promptly. Thank you Reyna! Highly recommend patpat. Shipping is not bad on timing, the clothes are great quality and well made. In my experience the sizing is a little big so I suggest ordering a size down. Atleast in the baby clothes.
