If more stars were provided I would rate more than five for the assistance that I got from one of the customer service agent Rachel. She was very helpful until my problem of wrong delivery of the item was solved. Rachel offered me with a solution of giving me a voucher code that can be used for my future purchase. This was best customer service experience I had. Appreciate Rachel assistance.

It was a great experience with pat pat for me highly satisfied with price quality and their service. Had one issue with one item they resolved it without putting me in any hussle for return process and they didn't want the product back too. I decided to try this business out, so I ordered coats for my twin boys... like a month ago. The tracking info hasn't changed since 9/28. It just says there's been a delay and they are working on finding the location of my package. So I called them to just cancel my order and they basically gave me an excuse about not being able to refund my money. I have never had an issue like this before with any company, and not only will I never shop here again, but I also plan on sharing my experience with my many mama friends.

I had items to return for size. The process was smooth and Phoebe was able to help me through it. She offered a voucher for an item I was returning and to send the new size of two other items. When I asked about returning the items, they did not want me to have to pay additional shipping so she said to keep them or give them as a gift! That is great customer service. I like their products and now I also like their service! I will be shopping there again.

This is the first time I placed an order with this company and was so pleased with their exceptional customer service and helpfulness. I contacted them with a couple questions and they went aboe and beyond to help me.

Next, I paid extra for shipping since I needed the items for an upcoming baby shower. The order arrived early and on-time, so I was pleased.

Last, when I opened the package and saw the beautiful outfits I purchased, it made me even more excited. They were absolutely adorable, priced well, and of great quality. You cannot find such adorable outfits for babys in the store unless you go to a baby boutique. These outfits are fabulous.

I already have them wrapped, otherwise I would of taken pictures. I bought 10 outfits and can't wait to go back to this website an order more for a new grand baby on the way.
