We love PatPat, my boy always looks smart/stylish and it doesn't cost me the earth for good quality clothes!
1. They issued a refund voucher, which was not available some days later
2. They issued refund with wrong amount(CAD55) vs CAD70.
Did not get the issue resolved in past 30 days. It's been frustrating to exchange emails and explain issue everyday in email. They don't even have facility to call customer service.
My baby ha so many clothes from patpat it so easy to order and they get delivered when you open them they are the same as in the picture the quality is amazing and the prices are even better!
I got a pair of shoes which the size was to small and Reyna from Pat pat customer service took her time to help me out with my exchange and sent me a new pair without making me lose my time I appreciated
I had a problem with a package returned to the sender due to the Sda courier, I contacted the patpat customer service where I found RACHEL, who managed to solve my problem by making a new shipment. Thank you very much rachel!
