The way they give you a refund is by store credit only and if there is a problem with an item you buy with your "refund" and need to do another return, they will deduct that amount from the current sale and refund you less than what you actually paid. They are THIEVES and their product don't last more than a few weeks plus their delivery takes FOREVER!

It was my first time ordering from PatPat and Im honestly so impressed. My sisters have ordered from there before for my nephews and the items have been so cute I wanted to try it myself for me daughter. I ordered 4 different outfits, 2 I was made up with, one was a Halloween set of dungarees that were so soft and my daughter looked so cute in. The other was a white tracksuit that is perfect now the weather is getting colder. 2 other of the outfits unfortunately were too big so I got in touch with PatPat about returning them and they honestly, couldn't have been more helpful! I've received really lovely emails and Elaine, who I have been dealing with, has been amazing. I've already got another basket full of items ready to be purchased. Would definitely recommend

I am a mom of three with a new little one. I found Patpat on Facebook and decided to give it a try because the items looked affordable and cute. I was not disappointed! I have made several orders with Patpat and have enjoyed my items. The quality has been better than expected. This last time one pair of footed pajamas had a broken zipper from the moment I put it on baby. I was disappointed but after contacting customer service for the return, PHOEBE was super helpful. She allowed me to not bother returning the item and refunded me in full. I will definitely keep buying from Patpat after that great customer service experience.

Not only are these clothes super cute they have great quality! We got a hail for all of fall and Christmas and are beyond haply! It was so affordable we just had to!

One item was missing from my patpat order. I emailed customer serivce explaining what was missing, Karen got back right away to find out what happened. Sbe offered me a voucher to use on my next order. I use patpat often, it will come in use! The customer serivce is always friendly and helpful. They respond in a timely matter

I contacted customer support because the dress I received was too small and Jann allowed me to keep it and is sending me a larger size. I've never had this happen anywhere else that is amazing!

I've ordered about 20 items from this company and have been pleased every time! Material is good quality and the price is even better. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for a pair of shoes and when I reached out to PatPat to exchange the item they really took care of me. I am a forever customer!
