Enjoyed the products. Read reviews before buying if you can. Had issues with sizing on first order, received great help from customer service. They reply quickly. Dont expect the best fabrics or fastest delviery, but if you know what youre getting into this is a great experience. Customer service is definitely one thing that keeps me coming back.
I purchased few dresses for my nieces from pat pat. I was very happy with the products that came in. One of the dresses were not exactly what they seemed, their amazing customer service helped me return that dress and refund came back really soon.

I loved the mommy and me swimsuit I got for myself and my daughter. The quality and price was great and it fit true to size. I also got the LED toddler sneakers which I loved. They were worth the money spent and will definitely be shopping here again.

Avoid this website, worth service and quality ever! I place two matching outfit for my daughter and i and after 4 weeks i received completely different items and size for the ones i order. Super chip and bad quality and they don't look like the pictures they advertise.
So disappointed. The customer service is the worth they send me tracking number that wasn't found and them the never replay back.
Waisted of money and time.

So far all my transactions have been done in time, and products arrived as on pictures (expectations matched).
Also I got a very quick response and resolution upon my inquiry after I forgot to apply a discount.
On top of that, Pat Pat proactively appologized for delay of my order and offered a discount on my next purchase.
So, I can really say that so far I am very pleased.
Excellent service, the staff is very kind and always available to help. The products correspond completely to the pictures on the website.
I placed an order that never arrived and had to contact Patpat repeatedly before finding out that it was lost. Patpat offered to replace it with a 10% discount, but being baby clothes I had to buy them somewhere else after a month and a half wait. It took me quite an effort to finally get them to agree to give me my money back, but I am still waiting two months after placing my order.

I ordered the wrong size and my agent was so cooperative and understanding in dealing with it. They apologised over and over, even though it was completely my mistake. The products arrived fairly quickly, but I still got an email apologising for the delay. I'll definitely use PatPat again.
