Ordered my things since beginning of September 1st and have not to receive my things. This is a inconvenience and I feel this company is a scam. I either want my funds back or my items I purchased.

This was my first time ordering through patpat. I had a few issues with sizing. When I contacted customer service, the representative (Heinz Paul) was quick with responses and helped me get the issue resolved. I had a great experience and plan on ordering form them again.
When I inadvertently ordered 3 of the same outfit, PatPat credited my account. I was shocked at this fabulous customer service! I love PatPat's clothes for my grandkids. They are adorable and great quality! I will tell all my friends about this company.

These guys have been popping up in my ‘suggested posts' for months, I kept looking and adding stuff to my basket but always changed my mind before ordering as I was worried that such low prices would mean poor quality. I finally placed an order and it arrived in 10 days and I am very impressed. The quality is fantastic. The kids sizes seem a little on the large side and the adults on the small size, but the clothing is lovely and I'll definitely be back!
I am fully satisfied with the pat pat service and will shop again IA. Dress quality was excellent. Shipment was delayed due to unforseen able event as told by team and I freak out bit but I am thankful to pat pat team and Ardev for their kind support. They were tracking order continuously. Ardev also give me rebate due to delayed shipment. It is the best site ever I shop from.

Only thing is expensive delivery fees and they dont offer return fees too.

My overall experience with PatPat starting from the online purchase through to delivery, up until their customer service / support when I had an issue with my order, has been excellent. I was having trouble finding the right dress for my baby shower until I landed on PatPat's website. I bought two beautiful Maxi's. When I received my order I was surprised at how much thought and effort had gone into the packaging. Each of those Maxi's arrived in their own cute little PatPat zip lock bags. One of them fit me perfectly while the other one I had trouble with. I reached out to their customer support for an exchange / refund. Rohanie was my support contact, she was super helpful and walked me through the whole process. She gave me multiple alternatives and gave me detailed information on each of them so I could choose the right one. My friends & family fell completley in love with my dress and it exactly matched with what was on the website. I would 100% recommend PatPat to all expecting mommy-to-be's
I picked up the clothes on the patpat website several times and was delighted. In the summer I got the coordinated costumes for the whole family that I have always wanted, then various things for the baby and now the suits. Excellent prices and super quality

This was my first experience purchasing anything from PatPat and I have to say I am a very pleasantly surprised! For the price points I didn't expect great quality or timely shipping and I was okay with that. However, my items arrived quickly and the baby items are of fantastic quality! The matching dresses that I ordered for myself sadly did not fit right ( I'm assuming it's due to my short height and large chest), but they were of good quality. When I reached out to Patpat to seek a return to my dresses and a refund Rohanie was incredibly helpful. She said that they would be happy to ship me a return label and for me to return and refund my items. She also gave me the option of keeping the items and receiving a voucher to be used within 3 months. It was great to have options and such great customer service. I will absolutely be ordering with them again.
Very pleased with the customer service. The items I ordered were super cute - two of them were a little inaccurate with the sizing. I emailed them in regards to it and dealt with Rohanie. She was quick to respond and sent out some smaller sizes right away (and even let me keep the bigger sizes) which I thought was pretty cool. Overall I'm very pleased with the product and will continue to shop here. Thanks, Rohanie
