I got really good customer service from Jonalyn. I accidentally bought 2 pair of the same shoes and instead of the hassle of returning them Jonalyn gave me the opportunity of receiving a voucher instead and keeping the shoes. Thank you Jonalyn!
Placed an order in mid October, it's now 3 weeks down the line, shipment still not yet departed from country of origin! Ridiculously late! They keep you updated on the delivery, but nothing you can do to speed up the delivery! It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my nephew and it's now arriving late!
Would mot recommend ordering from there if you are urgently wanting the product!
I really like all the products which i received in only 7 days unfortunately i received a wrong size shoes but i emailed patpat service and Ms karmi try to solve the problem with me

REYNAC was a very helpful customer service representative that resolved my concerns about the two items of clothing that did not fit as I sincerely hoped they would. I do love all the other clothes that came from PatPat and especially am excited about the family sets as it is always so hard to find exactly matching colors for family photos. I got a full set for our fall and Christmas photos and the only two that didn't quite fit as expected were mine- which is sadly expected now that I've had four beautiful babies and my body is harder to find things to fit just right. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the products and the prices.

I've ordered a few times from Pat Pat and have no complaints. I've been very satisfied with all of my orders. I must admit at first I was hesitant about it but now it's my go to for outfits. Just recently has a small issue, not really an issue, but I ordered matching pJs for my family and I. They didn't have the size for one of my son so that was canceled but the remaining order was sent out. I reach out to them to cancel the whole order since I needed it for my whole family. They answered in a timely manner and were able to resolve my issue. I thank Irish for assisting me and I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome. Irish handled it very well and I ended up getting my refund plus keeping the PJ'S. Once more Pat Pat is amazing. Order guys!
