Why are we asked to give a company 1 star? We should be able to give 0. I have written this company 2 times, because my order has been sitting in transit for over a month, but they processed the money the day I ordered. I have gotten that they can't find my package right now and that it is on its way and I need to be patient. Why pay for shipping when it never even gets shipped to you!? This is a scam, plus I can't write a review directly to the page and they claim they have a 4.7 star rating A JOKE!

I have bought nursing bras and some nappies for a baby and I am satisfied.
Also I had an issue where I accidentally ordered the wrong size and PatPat took care of it super fast and make a refund for me!

Renya C resolved my issue in great professional service. I didn't not apply my coupon. I emailed customer service and they helped me cancel my order so I can repurchase again with the discount code.
Patpat cancelled all my orders and refunded the money quickly and very smoothly. Their customer service representative responded immediately on mu email, Melvin was very easy to communicate with. What a great customer service that I received from him.
I placed 2 orders with them 2 weeks apart. It took an month for the one order to arrive. The 2nd order i have yet to receive. The clothing came oversized. 0-3 months looked like an 12month! When i asked for an exchanged or refund this was an gift for my new grandson. My daughter took an pic as proof. They only wanted to refund me money for 1 outfit. I'm still fighting them on this!. They can not give me proof of delivery for the 2nd order. Told me to take it up with the USPS because their service said they gave it to them, but can not give me tracking number.
