The adult clothing we ordered fit too small (we ordered our usual sizes) so I requested a return. KRISTIAN C responded quickly and was very respectful. They gave me many different return options and even let me keep the clothing instead having to deal with the hassle of shipping it back!

This my third times that I ordered a Maternity bras from PatPat but I got the size wrong, it was big I can't wear them. I texted to Patpat on Friday and They replied me over the weekend. They just asked me to take the photos of the products, I took a few f
Photos and email them. At the same day, PatPat replied that they will resend the bras to me and I don't need to return the bras I have to them back. How cool!
