I had placed and order and the section where I include my delivery address details had autocorrected and I only realised after the order had gone through. The representative (@Ham) replied almost immediately with my updated details and put my mind to ease.

One of my ordered dress had a hole in its fabric, but the customer service (Glenn :) ) responded very quickly and hopefully I will get my full refund. The other items in my order otherwise are nice and high quality. I highly recommend to order from PatPat.

Susie B from customer service was so great! I ordered two pair of maternity jeans. Long story short they couldn't fit and I didn't realize that I couldn't return them. Susie still issued a refund for me that she didn't have to do and I got to keep to jeans do gift to someone else. Highly recommended this company. I will be buying more in the future.

I bought so many clothing for little one from PatPat. I recommend everyone to get very good quality clothes in very good price. I had issue with one my order and I contacted PatPat customer services their team member Angelica solved all my issues. I made 3 orders so far from Pat Pat and I'm happy with everything.

I ordered 5 items from PatPat. 2 of the 5 fit great and I love! Wanted to exchange one of them for a larger size but they were out of that size. The other 2 items were just returns because I didn't like how they fit. PatPat was great and gave me a full refund for all 3 items! AND I got to keep all of the items.

Not to mention the customer service was prompt and very helpful.
