I always order my baby's clothes from patpat and so far all the products I bought is well made, looks great and just the right size for my baby. But on my latest purchase the product did not arrive so I emailed Patpat and they immediately processed a full refund of my purchase. Very satisfied with the customer service, very helpful and friendly.

Amazing site, great quality clothes. Sizes are also great. They have the most amazing clothes i have ever seen and great prices too. You can not get clothes like it in ireland. My kids are more than delighted with them. Great costumer service. Any problems I've had theyve always replied fast and helped in anyway they can. I got 28 items, 12 of which were outfits (jumper and leggings) all only came to €195. I will continue to buy clothes from them and household stuff as they have a wide range of items. Would highly recommend

More than 2 months without recieving anything, the total amount is 62$ but they took 84$ from my card

I ordered five nursing shirts from Patpat. I requested a refund for two of them and wanted the third one in a different color. They responded very fast, were very keen on resolving the issue and on top of everything, they allowed me to keep all the shirts and still gave me a refund for the three shirts that didn't fit so well. What an awesome deal! So happy! Definitely shopping there again!

I orders a few items and some did not arrived. I contacted customer service of patpat and they immediately helped me. They did not want me to go through an inconvenience and helped me straigh away. They replied to me as soon as possible and I was really grateful. They refunded me straight away for the missing items.
