It's my third time ordering from PatPat and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Their clothes are always super cute and very affordable. I've used a lot of their outfits for my daughters photo shoots and we always get compliments of her and her outfits!

Shipping times

I won't be using pat pat again the shipping times are absolutely insane. By the time I receive her clothes she probably won't even fit them anymore we are going on 3 weeks of waiting and have emailed customer service and they did not seem concerned at all.

All their clothes are very cute and nice but shipping takes forever. They give you a wide timeframe and it's never there at the earliest. It will sit in the same place for a week with no updates. I just hate that I pay $5+ for such awful shipping when they have much faster ways to send stuff now for the same prices.

Disappointed

I used to love the matching outfits from this company but unfortunately my last order wasn't delivered and when I reached customer service they asked if I would like to have the clothes or refund
I really liked them so went for re sending the clothes 3 weeks later and nothing! Reached back to them and they have no idea so decided to go for refund, they advised that this will be processed but need approval from higher authority at the company! This is since the 4th of March and yet nothing!
I won't order from this company again.

Bad Customer Service

Very bad experience. First Marry told me that my parcel is on his way to reshiped. And now she told me that they have only 14 items left out of 34. I mean how can you do this? We're in a constant touch aince my parcel got missing then ahe told me that your parcel is with us now and we're doing reshipmint of your parcel and then she just email me that we refunded your money in same card. Very unprofessional behaviour. Attach is ss of our conversation we are in touch soch 7th march and today is 24th march.

We love PatPat! I have been ordering outfits for my babygirl since I was pregnant. I was a little skeptical at first, but once they came in I couldn't wait for her arrival to throw them on! The quality is. Material is soft and the fabrics have no smell unlike other companies. Some items ran a little big on her but my daughter is also very small for her age which played a role in that. Most are true to size!

I needed an exchange/return item which was handled quickly and was very happy with how my issue was solved, always responded to my emails. I receive great customer service from Heinz, i love their customer service team. I Definitely recommend yall to shop at Pat Pat besides the great customer service they have lots & lots of really cute outfits for your whole family and at a very inexpensive price and i love the quality. Great prices, decent quality clothes

I placed a large order with Pat Pat and I got free expedited shipping. All of my sons clothes didn't fit so I contacted customer service and they helped fix the situation fast. The clothes I got for my daughter not only fit her perfectly but are so cute she constantly gets compliments. I love the large variety of colors and designs they have for boys. Most stores offer a limited variation in boys clothes and it's very disappointing. I'm very pleased with my overall experience with Pat Pat.

I had a problem with my package, hold by customs. I've asked support to Pat Pat customer service and i found Jennifer. She Was so nice and she immediately understood the issue and escalate. Unfortunately I wont receive my package, but she helped me to receive a refund.
