Ho avuto problemi in fase di acquisto del prodotto Passfab for excel. Mi sono rivolta all'assistenza che nell'arco di poche ore mi ha aiutato a comprendere e risolvere il problema. Grazie per la celerità e la disponibilità

I had some old phones from my old company that still had MDM on them. They didn't want the phones back (e-waste) and I wanted to use the phones for wifi only devices for my younger kids. Enter in MDM which wanted me to sign in to my work credentials, which are no longer active.

This worked like a charm to bypass, however I only had a 7 day service I paid for. I contacted them to see if I could change to lifetime, and they said they would do this in exchange for my positive review which I did.

Fast forward about 6 months, my computer broke and I moved to another PC, I went to install this and it said too many computers were used. I contacted them and they said in exchange for another computer being used (even though the other one is not being used and is in the trash) I needed to review here.

So in short it worked for what I needed, with some extra work.

Passfab has went above and beyond, I haven't tried their product yet but I'm about to and I will be back with another stellar review I'm sure, so why give five stars? I contacted their customer service team with an issue and they immediately responded and rectified the situation so fast that I could do nothing but come and write this review great job passfab!

L'application est excellente mais les prix son un peu haut mais en soit ça reste mérité au vu de la qualité

I bought their product Nov 2022 and it was useless. I used it once and deleted from my computer. One year later an automatic renewal was issued without my authorization (86.74 USD). They refuse to refund me, even though I HAVE NOT used this software after the first time, OVER ONE YEAR AGO. They say the reasons for refunding are not enough. Do not buy any product from them, it's a SCAM!

Well I'm new I have a phone that's locked up and know I just wanted it fixed without paying out of my $#*! to do it so I found this site and sought after help and I was intruded by a really professional polite and went beyond of job to make me a happy customer ms Natalia iss a well mannered and very perfect for my needs she not only wanted to help with such friendly attitude she actually made my whole 3 months thst I've had my phone no one has helped or even tried to help like she has so thank you Natalia she should get a promotion because I'm just one out how many satisfied customers,? I dont know alot about this F.R P. Stuff so I emailed customer service and figured that was that. The email I received back assured me that my device is compatible and even comped me an extra month to try again.I would recommend this to program 100 %
