Ik heb binnen 24u (eigenlijk 23 min.) mijn abonnement herroepen, maar ze hielden alsnog geld in. Ze rechtvaardigen dit met "potentieel gebruik" in plaats van effectief gebruik, wat tegen hun eigen voorwaarden én de Belgische wet indruist.
De klantendienst weigert om inhoudelijk op juridische argumenten in te gaan.
Geen transparantie, geen goodwill. Onbetrouwbare service.

Mediocre amount of users. Free service is very limited but does provide insight into what you can do with the paid version. Deceptive, non-transparant cancellation and refund policy, which is only available to users (even users that paid for a membership) via the website at the end of the subscription procedure (but before making the payment).
Refund amount is calculated based on which proportion of the amount (7) of guaranteed 'contacts' (i. E., exchange 2 messages with a person) you have had.
