There are hundreds of customers who have lost their packages using PM. When you pay for 'insurance' it is just a reason to scam you with extra charges because it means nothing. This company is a scam and a lawsuit waiting to happen. There is no way for you to contact them and you have to wait for them to basically lie to you. They probably stole your package and reselling it in India. Stay Away!

After 30 emails to call center somewhere? Also chat line, I have no response after 3 months. There is a Facebook a/c = cancelled but another just for problems! The watch is lost or stolen, I have filed a police report now.
Sent parcel to USA. Paid them 15/1/23.
Paid customs duty in Germany. 19/01/23
After that parcel stolen or lost.
Umpteen CHATS, emails to them. Just get delaying tactics.
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing.
Scammers at large?
Just take time out to look at my file.
The other month I sent the claim to you and UPS.
The customs duty was paid to German customs 19/01/23, then the watch disappered.
You take money from all angles then go to sleep.
YOU SAID waiting for UPS, a lie I sent them detailed report weeks before.
I want to know what is hapening NOW? 01/05/23.
5 months later?
It's now JUne, they emailed to say there was a message waiting in my chat, a lie, the last message was 3 months ago, THE NEWER 2 ARE ASKING FOR A REVIEW!. They have never given me an answer except AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, now 6 months of SOON AS POSSIBLES, the company is run by monkeys and employs monkeys. R.I.P.
