I have used Papyrus Editor twice. The editor is nice, however my last experience is that I was charged twice for the same book and it still has not been published. I have sent several emails to the site support and have never received a reply. I would not use this service again unless the fix the issues and provide better and faster customer service. I think it is a single person who created and runs the web site. There is no back up support in case something happens to him.
