While I appreciate the platform's ability to connect with writers and deliver work on time, my overall experience has been disappointing. I've received multiple failing grades in the past, and despite being a returning client, there's been little flexibility or accountability when things go wrong.
Most recently, I was forced to pay again for an assignment revision — even though the delay was only by 2 days and the original work resulted in a fail. I would also like to point out that the instructions shared with me were not clear enough about the revision timeframe being calculated from the order deadline rather than the delivery date. This lack of clarity contributed to the confusion.
In any case, today marks only 2 days past the 14-day revision window, and I still had to pay for a revision. I had to insist on using the same writer, which should have been obvious given the situation.
This experience, combined with previous issues, has made it clear that the support system is more focused on policy than on genuinely helping clients succeed. Unfortunately, this will be my last order, and I hope your team takes this feedback seriously to improve both service quality and customer care.

So far it's been really good. The experts get back to me immediately wanting to help.
The quote and the lowest bidding price is not the same. It should be the same as the quote as this is misleading. I just placed an order, and I was quoted 208 for 16 pages, and then turn around the lowest bid before I state my case to the writer was 299...

The revision policy should be changed to 30 days regardless of how many pages. My last order with you all was a failed even though my due date was 11 Oct, and the writer took literally 1 hour to write it. But since it's not due until this weekend, my professor obviously did not grade it yet, but she did add some clarification.
