Inconsistency with bidding process. I had a writer tell me that they were trying to submit the lowest bid. However, they still were unable to get below the other bids. It's unfortunate because I really liked the writher's work, and we had a good history of working together.

I love the writers available for other assignments that are not writing I love the writers. They are professional, assuring and have been providing great work so far.
I was dissatisfied and disappointed with customer support service. Service was not up to par. Communication was poor. Too many change of hands and each one asking how they can help instead of reading messages already typed before change of hands. They didn't keep to promise made and I feel like they only tell you what you want to hear. I wish there was a way a skip customer support and deal directly with writer. It was truly not beneficial or pleasant and experience for me to go through customer support. I ended up not continuing with my order. Totally lost confidence in customer support 's ability in helping me further.
