It started off rough. Some experts lack the ability to respond, or take forever to respond which is frustrating when needing something urgently fixed, and some who do not follow through on directions. Other than working those kinks out and knowing who to avoid I get great work from here. :)
It's gave me low grades. Not very high up there. Highest I made using this was a 70. Lowest was a 50.
I have had a few issues, but I am learning how to use the system. And to be verbal about what is wrong and being overlooked.
They are fast but unfortunately the work is very descriptive and there is no critical analysis. Also bibliographies are not accurate 99% of the time.
