My gf and i were out to breakfast at Boynton Beach diner.It was a hour wait so we went in the same parking lot to panera bread.we were told by 2 people in a stern voice (NOT NICE)when they found out were wanted breakfast that one said ur 5 minutes late and the other said ur 8 minutes late. U woiuld think since it was sunday and the other place was full they would expend the hours of breakfast foods to take care of the 50 people that came in after us for breakfast and was told not and went down the street to Cracker Barrel. I spoke to mngr about it she said to write a letter so here it is. YOU lost a ton of business because no breakfast after 12. Brucnh should got to 3 on weekends! FOOD WAS EXCELLENT

Teriaki chicken bowl is awesome but $12 for half a bowl is not worth it. Really disappointed in this.

I saw the commercial and was tempted at the bubbly edges clearly full of sauce, meat and cheese

What I got was cold and barely covered the edges. It was like a tiny middle coverage of topping and a ton of dry cold flat bread that I fed to my dog.

What can I say, my dog will eat anything.

The flatbread is nothing like the commercial and was flat out disappointing

I used the Panera app and ordered curb side. They gave me Mac and cheese in stead of soup. Then they gave me an apple instead of bread and my order was messed up again. My cinnamon roll was tossed in the box and it's in pieces. Everytime I order it's always something. I will not return.

Ordered Chicken salad and tuna 1/2 sandwiches. Maybe a TABLESPOON of filling in each. Terrible.No picture available- no food to show.

I went to Panera bread to get a pic to in return they gave me a sandwich that the bread was half you didn't cover the whole entire sandwich when I talk to the manager she was very nonchalant about the whole thing. I am a faithful customer and this Panera bread is in Pembroke Pines

I use to go to panera bread in Orland got the onion soup with cheese that had good bread on it with cheese smothering the top this one in Ocala is terrible the cheese sprinkled on top and really bad bread in the soup first they gave me wrong soup then this crappy onion soup. What happen to the great onion soup you servered?
I won't be back. Just terrible and expensive to boot. I'd think you'd want your customers to come back

I ordered The Steak sandwich and when I got home one side was completely empty and they Forgot the onions, The other side that had meat had only 2 thin slices scattered on it. So I ate the half with barely any meat and in 2 hours I was nauseas and vomiting
for the whole night.
I will never go back again! Its a Hole and they serve Rotten food!

They just cannot get a complete order right! The food I ordered is good if I could just get what ordered! How hard is it? It would be different if it was an isolated incident, but how many chances do I give them? I guess there must be a flaw in my character to be so optimistic to think, maybe this time they will do better! Nope!

Yes their soups are delicious. There is no reason why I should spend close to eleven dollars for an empty sandwich. It has happened twice already! I order a pick two and the sandwich literally comes with two pieces of bread and maybe a slice of onion and a small piece of lettuce! What is going on! I really despise when a company takes advantage of a customer! My husband and I both ordered the pick two and both tuna sandwiches came with no tuna! Really? Route 17 the Design center location. Never returning, Never!

I visit a Panera bread Restaurant and had to go to the Emergency Room. I order a turkey bacon avocado on focaccia bread. The bacon on my sandwich was completely raw. Never again would I visit another Panera bread. Customer Care didn't even apologize... Horrible experience!
