I'm waiting on my food at the Panera in York Pa on Carlisle rd. There is 4 soups with bread on the counter. Lady came in to clear up the problem. So I over hear the staff ask Erin the shift manager to put it back in the pot. I then walk up and say I don't want any of that food in my order. It's been sitting there for over three minutes.
I then continued to talk to my son. Erin ask what am I saying. I explain to her I talking to my son she ask again what did I say. I then explain that the food that sat on the count should be thrown away, Erin began to get smart with me then tell her what she is doing is wrong. Word for word with the customer not okay. The conversation was done and she continued to argue with me. I then began to walk out the store, then she say I need you to leave, coming from around the counter. She tried to take me order out of my hand. I tell her she wrong for following me. She follows me outside and say she will call the cops. I tell her to go ahead. She still walking behind me to my car. She on her phone and and says to dispatch I threatened her. No! I did not! Don't say that. I then pull off cause I'm already late for work.
One hour later here come police at my job banding me from all Panera stores. Are you serious Erin
Found out Missing item from curbside pick up order when I am home. When I return and ask for missing item staff doesn't say sorry at all. Service is bad. It's Malta breach in Saratoga county.
The manager of Panera on morgan on the 27th Street was very rough to his employees. It's brutal I feel bad for the employees.
I worked for Panera for two years old managers we the best. Then got new management and the store went to hell. The lobby is hardly ever open because the can not keep staff. The new GM is running this store into the ground. Lost a lot of our regular guests stoped even coming in. This store used to be great to work for. Until the new management team ran it to hell and back. Then it seems that the corporate don't even care whats going on in this store. It has been broughr to there attention several times. This store is losing so much money it's not funny. When i was a Gm for another store we were tought your sells are what keeps a company going. Are guests always came first. At this Panera they open lobby when they want the never open at the same time and they wonder why guests no longer want to come in. If corporate don't step in and do something soon i see this store going under. They keep used soups longer then they should and after two days with there meat that should go in the trash they just rebag it into another bag. They need to get there old managers and staff back from when i first started. Because one thing is for sure the old Gm would pull this store right back up to where it was because she cared about her staff and store. CORPORATE YOU NEED TO REALLY STEP UP AND TAKE CONTROL.
An order was placed at Panera bread this evening around 5:50 pm
The food was delivered at 6:40 pm.
The salad was old and stale. The pizza was disgusting and not cooked properly. We received the wrong order and the customer service are unprofessional. The food is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I would like a full refund.
I would not feed this food to a dog.
I ordered 1 sandwichesToasted Frontega Chicken, Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken they don't make any Vegetable ( tomatoes red onions cheese sauce Basil) too much money pay for food it is ok. But making the no good food! Ever come again this restaurant!
I just ate their chicken terriyaki bowl w/brocolli and quinoa - thought it would be a great healthy choice. After a short while, I started feeling horrible and decided to look at the ingredients. 1800+ mg of sodium - seriously? Why? Never ordering from here again!
Panera bread started off great for me. They had their Tortellini Alfredo pasta, which was one of my absolute favorites and one of my favorite cookies. I was in the honeymoon phase at this point, I couldn't see how anything could be wrong (maybe the prices were a little too high in my opinion, but that did not stop me due to how much I fancied their pasta). This slowly started going South, and I am not talking about geographically. It started when I was making my regular order, a Tortellini Alfredo with a Pepsi on the side, then the words "we no longer sell this item" came out of the cash register's mouth. What? I took a good thirty second to comprehend what just happened, my jaw and eyes wide open. Ever since that day, it has been immense disappointment each time I visit Panera, but I keep coming back in hopes that the next visit will be better than the last. Not only did they get rid of my beloved tortellini a year back, but now they no longer have the regular Mac and Cheese... only Broccoli Mac and Cheese. Who in the world eats THAT? Anyways, the service is mediocre for the price and the menu just keeps getting worse. Consider this as my official break-up letter. I'm sorry Panera, but we are through.
I will never set foot in another Panera. Maybe for a bear claw. But their sandwiches are awful and today I had a grilled cheese on sour dough. No wheat, no rye bread. I ate the parts with the crust, couldn't eat the center which was way too much cheese, possibly Velveeta. It was awful.
I used to love Panera's chicken noodle soup.! They changed the recipe and now it's horrible! Nasty!
I walked in the Bethel Rd store at 7AM. Immediately the man working there asked to take my order. I ordered a dozen bagels to go. He then looked at his computer screen and began to put together a different order. He put some bagels on the counter that weren't in my order. Then he started on my order. He started slicing a few of the bagels and I told him he didn't have to slice them. Then he put together another order, that WASN'T mine. He place some bagels on a pan and put them over on another counter. Then, he went back to my order. He kept looking at his computer screen and then back to grabbing bagels. As he was slicing bagels, I noticed he was adding other bagels that weren't in my order and slicing them too. Huh? I didn't say anything. Then he finally starts putting my bagel order in bags. Still not finished with my order, he asks the guy in line behind me what he wanted to order. The worker proceeded to get that mans order, took his money, gave him his order and sent him on his way. THEN, still not finished bagging my order, the panera worker asked the next guy in line behind me for his order. I blew. I let him no that NO absolutely was he not taking another order from someone else before he finished bagging my order. He was not at all apologetic. He bagged my order and while he was bagging it, before he even handed it to me he again asked the guy behind me for his order.
This is totally innappropriate. This guy could have thrown my 12 bagels in a bag when I arrived at 7AM. And I could have been out of there in 2 minutes or less. Instead I had to wait for him to put together several other orders, I assume pick-up orders, as well as the others in line behind me, before he could finish with mine. Totally unacceptable. He was rude, and unapologetic. If this is how Panera wants to do business, with terrible employees and terrible customer service, I will not be going back.
Cashier Britta at the Rancho Cucamonga store location. Was not friendly, poor customer service skills. Ver dry service.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was totally amazed at the treatment I just received at this so called establishment. I placed an order for lunch... rather large order for delivery on their site... like always when we received our order it was wrong. Now I paid a delivery fee on THE PANERA website for them to deliver my food. Today the order was missing soup. I called the café and reached a... person... named Peyton. This was the rudest nasty person I have ever spoken to. He spoke over me was nasty rude and obviously was not a professional. Basically I was told that it was my problem and if I wanted the over priced soup that I PAID FOR AND PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED THAT I NEEDED TO COME AND GET IT. He then hung up on me... not surprised from an obvious person of this class. I called back and he picked up the phone and hung up on me 4-5 times. I called customer service and was told in a nicer manner that this was my problem and again if I wanted the soup I could go pick it up. I then ask for the managers info and was told they have no Idea who that is. OMG what kind of company is this. I will make certain that this information is circulated through out the internet as people need to be aware of the type of companies that they support. We are a very large company and this was for a business meeting of executives and they were all in the room when this happened. I was glad to hear that they all wanted this review in an email so that we were able to send it to all 6 companies distribution list reaching thousands of individuals so that more people can be aware of exactly how important Panera thinks their customers are... I am asking you to rethink spending your money at this company but especially not at this particular location because obviously they allow people like... Peyton... to represent them and you may or may not get the food you pay for and just because you pay a fee for delivery it is still your problem if you don't get your food. Really... WOW.
We just had 10 box lunches complete with salads, 1/2 sandwiches, cookie & baguette delivered to our office. They were right on time & the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone had their own boxed lunch & it was awesome. Thank you! :)
Recently stopped here for a Saturday breakfast because I was craving their sausage/egg/cheese/brioche sandwich. After a 25 min. Drive, we arrived at 9:30 only to learn they were out of Brioche. Disappointed, I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel w/cream cheese instead. Watched the employee select my bagel and told her yes, I wanted it toasted and sliced when she asked me.
When I picked up my order at the counter, there was only my husband's sandwich. I had to ask twice about the bagel only to finally be told I had to go up front again-no explanation. When I went up front, I was told, "Yeah, we only had one left so we put that one in another order."... no apologies, no asking if I wanted anything else-nothing!
After returning to my table without any food, I decided to go up front to let them know this wasn't ok and request a refund on my bagel. I explained to another employee who walked over to help me, that their service was going downhill- that I received no apologies, wasn't offered any compensation-nothing! The employee asked, "Well, what do you want?"
With that, I just said that I wanted a refund-if you have to ask for anything else when it's not offered, to me- it's just not worth it.
Refund was given and when I returned to my table and looked at the receipt, I had still been charged for the cream cheese that I never got... avoid Panera if you want an efficient, enjoyable, top notch customer service focused experience. It doesn't exist-so sad to see this one (our favorite Panera) fall so far so fast. Thoroughly and completely disappointed.
The food was OK and so were the drinks. But after we ordered our food, the drinks took at least 10 mins to get to us and then another 5 mins for large chicken noodle soup. Also because the food took so long only the chicken noodle soup was hot. My bagel and my parents scones were cold. Also the reason that the chicken noodle soup took so long was because the guy that was taking the order DIDN'T put the order in so they weren't even working on it! The drinks took so long because no one was working the drinks! At least 6 other people (who ordered AFTER us) got their drinks before we did! Also I overheard some severs complaining that the customers were complaining that they didn't have their food. They said that the reason for that was because they were under-staffed. Those same girls were chatting separately with the same man for at least 10 mins each! It will be awhile before I take my family here again.
I ate here twice. The first time I got the chicken caprice. Disgusting! I had the $#*!s for 2 days after eating this garbage! The second time I got the smoky chicken sandwich. As you can see in the photos, it is a pathetic piece of $#*! sandwich! All roll, 1 piece of cheese, horrible flavor. Who messes up pasta salad? Really? It's not hard to make, come on now! If you can't make a simple pasta salad, you are an idiot! This place is for people who have no taste buds, a bird appetite & don't know what good food is! THIS PLACE SUCKS! WHAT A PATHETIC JOKE!
I ordered 3 Packages of Panera Small Scones for a Ministry Ladies Retreat. I ordered 3 days in advance. I received confirmation my order was ready 1/2 hour before arriving. I arrived at the store on time. The Employee waiting on me indicated my order was not ready. She found one packet of the mini scones. She asked if she could replace the mini scones with larger scones, and I said fine. She put 4 scones (There are 10 scones in each of the three packets I ordered.) She indicated she was going to the back to locate more scones. She came out and gave me a large brown bag. I said Thank You and went out to my car. It contained the one bag of mini scones and 4 regular size scones. I went back into the store. They were very busy handling other Customers. I saw the young lady who served me, and I asked, How could you deceive me by giving me less than half of what I ordered and sending me off like you had taken care of me? She said she was sorry and continued helping the other Customers. She looked over and said see if you an find anything to replace what you ordered. I walked around, but they had very little left in their display, except Bagels, which I did not want. I finally picked up the last box of pastries. I really did not want them, but it was obvious no one cared. I returned to the Cash register. The young Lady continued helping other customers. The store was crazy busy, but all that did to me was make me feel they did not care about the way I had been treated. I stood there a couple of minutes. Another employee walkded by. I stopped him. I explained the siutation. I asked could I walk out with this box of pastires. He said yes. I left. I have never received worse service than this. I not get what I ordered online. Additionally, Panera Bread did not offer a refund, apology, or any form of kindness in Customer Service. This is extremely sad! This was the Panera Bread store on main street in Cartersville, Georgia.
DO not get their subscription. They did refund my card after I canceled for four months. They are awful with accepting their error. I Will NEVER go to any store of Panera Bread. NEVER!
Answer: Scam, over priced and not that good. Small portions with big price tags.
Answer: It was the only option, and I needed to eat something.
