I ordered 3 bracelets about the same time some of these other folks ordered theirs. They came within 5 days from Shanghii. Only problem, one bracelet was wrong. I returned it back to company and they sent the correct one. The bracelets are beautiful!
I made a purchase online at this website. They took the money from my visa account but have not sent me any estimate for delivery. I've sent them 10 e-mails but have yet to receive a response. Their website says they ship orders in 24 to 48 hours. It's been 5 days and still no response. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? Their website doesn't give a phone number to call, only an e-mail address.
