Pandora's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its diverse music selection and personalized stations, often noting the app's ease of use. However, significant complaints revolve around reliability issues, such as frequent interruptions and repetitive song choices, which detract from the listening experience. Customer service also faces criticism, particularly regarding difficulties in account management and unresponsive support channels. While some customers express satisfaction with the jewelry products and in-store experiences, concerns about product quality and return policies indicate a need for improvement. Overall, Pandora must address these service and reliability issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Love it. Except since I live in Arizona. Pandora adds Mexican music stations to my list all the time. Very annoying. I do not want to listen to grupo g radio or mas mas musica. Get outta here, im not racist I just don't listen to music I don't speak Spanish nor will I.
It is not too good according to rates. I tried first time but I am not completely satisfied. I hope they will adjust their quality with rates.
I enjoy Pandora because I have more control over what I'm listening to, greater variety, and the commercials aren't quite at the obnoxious levels of over-the-air radio.
Obviously I'm speaking of the free version.
And one way or another, you will PAY for this service. Free means you hear commercials at intervals.
I listened to music on Pandora for a long time, which would have been great. Except I can't directly pick a song to listen to, I can't make a playlist of songs, I can thumbs up, down, move, or skip songs I like, don't like, or want to hear later without having to sit though an add, and to top it all off if I want to have these features I have to pay for them. I thought that the constant ads might make it so you could I don't know not have to pay to have features that should be included. I understand that they exclaim "It's just like personalized radio!", Well Rdio, a website which used "radio" as the base for it's name, has all those features for free, unless you have their mobile app. Then to make matters and feelings worse, they are absorbing Rdio so that I am forced to deal with an unreliable, ad ridden, and money grubbing music site.
With their music genome project, we put in artists and get all kinds of similar songs from similar artists. It's like radio just for me. Plus I hear a bunch of new songs from new artists. I pay for the no-commercial service at just $3.99 a month. It's worth it.
I've been a Pandora One subscriber for awhile now to remove ads and get more skips. I really enjoy the variety of musical genres. The only things I don't care for is that some of my stations repeat the music they play WAY too much (just like the radio). Of course it's never the songs I actually wouldn't mind hearing again and again, lol. And then there's the random Metallica song that pops up on my classical station (you get the point). The one thing I really wish they could consider and change would be, if you're paying for Pandora One, give UNLIMITED skips! This will make fine tuning your stations so much easier, especially when you get crap songs a dozen times in a row and have to wait to skip again once you've reached the limit.
Hate this trend. Every girl is crazy about this shoppe. Nothing special. Just a waste of money. They make you hooked and never let go.
I like their easy way to stream music, and for only $5 a month.
For classics such as jazz, classical, reggae, country, they have a wide selection.
I hate the local radio in my small town, they play horrible music over and over. Pandora has saved me from this horrible radio. I not only use Pandora on my PC but also on my phone while I'm in the car. I love Pandora, it has saved my sanity!
I don't know what kind of magic makes this service work the way it does, but it's amazing, and I love how it finds the songs that I want to hear.
Songs have a beginning, middle and end. But Pandora cuts off the end like elevator music. They have ads that say "Pandora has no ads"? What kind of crap is that?
So far it is good, though as everyone complain. Too much advertisement
If you don't like 3 songs they play, you can't scan any further. You are forced to listen to what is available. I don't know about you, but I prefer more control over what I want to hear.
I'm loving it. Great quality, super fashionable designs. A perfect match between price and quality. It's worth every penny.
I've used Pandora forever; their music recognition and ability to automatically identify my taste in rythmns, their artificial intelligence programming, all if it is beyond. The selection of international music is staggeringly impressive, and I love it!
Answer: Good luck reaching a person. No success for me. Cancelled my subscription after 10 previous years of great service. Too bad Sirius bought pandora out. Ruined the service and format
Answer: I don't know how or who determines what is on Pink Floyd radio. Not the same genre at all. Same for other artists.
