I don't know why it attracts such horrid people, but they can issue death threats, ill wishes, bully the sick and vulnerable and make racist, xenophobic and hateful remarks without so much as a comeuppance. I'm so done with it if you're not American, you get bullied and thrown off the mic for expressing a different view. Whereas these fools can belittle your country without having travelled there at all. What's that all about? Some admins control rooms and you have to be part of the clique or you're unwelcome. I tried to give it a chance but yahoo was more fun and less rubbish. I thought death threats etc were a violation of terms and conditions clearly not. When Shame.

Ok, I've used this app chatted to hundreds of people on there. I think I am qualified to write a review on this garbage app. Some of the things that come to mind are
1. The chat rooms are run by power hungry narcissist losers that ban/bounce users for no decent reason
2. Many of the users that pay as subscribers are treated with respect whereas free users are generally treated like crap in many rooms
3. The app has a feel like the majority of rooms are run by volunteers that support the app
4. A lot of users don't accept private messages they only want to talk in room which is really odd, some users ban you to chat via pm in a chat room!
5. there are a lot of paedophile type personalities
6. Many of the people on there have limited contact with real people i. E. no real friends, no families, limited education, no job etc.
7. being on there actually makes me feel repulsed and sick from the number of rude people
8. There are many people with serious mental problems, its known that paltalk has even had users commiting suicide on cam with users encouraging it in chat rooms
9. What strikes me is how the name paltalk does not live up to its name in the slightest sense
10. I'm of the opinion that its an app made by losers for losers ie the majority of pal users don't win at anything in life, ie no friends, no sex, no job, no praise in anything in fact many of the people on there only use it to masturbate on cam or to watch others in the act
11. Extremely hard to recommend, your time is better spent elsewhere

Pure Organised Garbage, What A great program they had. Now it's a gig saw puzzle on the screen.Not even good eye candy A sending Adware with every Upgrade. I Refuse to Run it
Looks like A Bad put together HTML Website Are they trying to create A all for one Site for both PC and Tablet And other devices phone, iPad, Android. I could not believe my eyes when it upgraded into this POS "Please get it out of my site it's Sickening"I find it hard to find words to describe how shocked I was when this so called update drooped down.It's took own the look of Cam Frog another ugly duckling. I would describe it as highly unorganized add generating picture linking nightmare. I would not pay for it now I have in the past RIP Paltakk

There service sucks big time there security is horible letting pedifiles come on to the site and letting hackers screw up computers and there red admins are all useless in helping people they have no custom, er service number for you to contact them for real help

Gave them $5000 worth business and they blcoked my card because accidently they charged me $50 once and i ask for refund and stated due to chargeback they have blcoked all my major credit cards I can no longer pay for my nicknames or room. So i have to use western union they just wanted me to punish me so i will pay $10 every transaction for western union what a $#*!ing rip off. Goto hell paltalk i will never be doing any business with you. Yahoo should come back

I been on pal for over 6 months, got banned from help room because red admins couldn't deal with the problem, 2 of them which gang up on me. They even told me to uninstall after I had paid for a year. They have a lot of server issues and for the price, I suggest looking else where.
I am unable to find there official complaints procedure to complain about the red admins so I will have to write to the company in hopes they deal with this problem.
I will leave this review and hope it helps in choosing a chat client

I was dating a guy in an LDR for 12 yrs, he sent me pics and we had them on my profile, as he wasn't to keen on getting pics on at the time. Well I caught him cheating in a hidden nic and found out he had been for over a year, lying to me as well. I dumped him, blocked him, but he was allowed to make as many new nics he could to send me mean messages. I kept the pics up and moved to a new nic, and his new girlfriend reported me. I got banned. I told them the pics were mine. It was her that reported me not him. I lost my account, that's fine. I reported him for stalking me and telling women to attack me, they did nothing.

Predatory internet chat provider. The site uses less than honorable tactics to "push" users to purchase their product. While they offer "FREE" use they do not tell you the free use can DAMAGE your PC. They artfully claim they know nothing of this. They do this by selling advertising space on the "FREE" accounts to advertisers that send all types of virus and homepage hijackers, web pop-ups and anything else they can slide through the ads. When a customer does get caught in the nest of ad viruses and such and complains to Paltalk, they simply claim they have no control and to stop this you should simply purchase a paid account to stop the ads. Another issue is that in 2 instances the same advertisers have accessed Paltalk's servers and financial information and billed my bank account for bogus charges and products. Paltalk of course swears they had nothing to do with this but it is their advertiser and always seemed to happen at the same time they billed for a product. When these occurrences happen Paltalk also mysteriously has to shut down for "server maintenance" or some other bogus reason. In short they have to figure out how to get the advertisers out of their servers... BEWARE while this service can work fine it will only be a matter of time before they are targeted by professional hackers and true damage besides, annoying viruses etc, are passed to the end user.
