This company is weird... something fishy. I ordered from them before and I got a confirmation and a tracking number. Some how it said my address was undeliverable and it went back. I got a full refund through paypal. I tried them again thinking it was just a mistake. I didn't get any tracking info this time but all of the items arrived a week later via Amazon. Isn't that kind of weird? Why would it come via Amazon. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I got all my stuff for a really good price. I used the 10OFF coupon and got 10% off the entire purchase. I probably saved $20 through them though. I probably won't order from them again, all the other reviews are thinking they really are a scam and only the very few lucky ones actually get a good deal.

If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would. I had the same experience as a couple others here and believe it is a farce or a really bad joke.

Received email confirmation stating order was received and included an expect date. After that date past, I clicked their order status link and noticed a "this order has been cancelled" note at the top of my confirmation page. Never received any kind of notice that my order was being cancelled, nor information on why. Tried to contact them by phone, but could not find a phone # (which should have been a flag when ordering). Tried email to fix/expedite issue, but received no response. Sent final email stating I was an extremely dissatisfied csutomer and would let others know, then received an undelivered bounce back: "The following organization rejected your message." I am taking that to mean that once a particular email address complains, rather than address the issue, the address is blocked.

I see a phone # on their main page now, but do not plan to call it.

Only saving grace is that my money was not taken from me. If it had been, I would be calling them fraudulent, rather than merely a farce.

I had a similar experience as someone else who has written about the site. I ordered a video game, was charged for it, got my confirmation email of my order, and supposedly it was "shipped" and even "delivered" by USPS a few days after placing my order. I can tell you this:
1) I have never had anything lost in the mail in my entire life of 26 years
2) there is no contact info on their website
3) hitting reply on my confirmation email and sending them an email asking them about where my order was proved a failure. The email was returned undelivered. AND I HIT REPLY.
4) I looked at my paypal for a phone number to call since no phone number was on their website. When I called I got a sketchy voicemail. I emailed them at the email from their paypal account and am waiting for a response.
5) a lot of the links on their site don't work.

I am pretty convinced it's a fraud.

In my experience, this site is a total fraud. I purchased an item on Nov 28 for $46.00 using Paypal. After receiving email stating my item was shipped and should arrive in 5 to 10 days, I waited two weeks before sending an email asking where my stuff was and that I would file a claim with Paypal if I did not see my item within three more days. Within hours I received a refund from Paypal.No email from Pakayas explaining anything, still have not heard from them.So they obviously lied about my item being shipped. Just my experience, I think the responsible thing is to let people know.
