I paid extra to have an original portrait painted using a combination of photos. They just took one of the photos I uploaded and painted that. When I tried to ask for my money back if they are just going to use the one photo, there was no acknowledgement. Luckily for them this is a gift for a family member of our deceased loved one, or I would've cancelled completely. Regardless of that issue, the painting is phenomenal.

The original painting was not precise. I sent additional photos and a description of the changes that were needed. I did this twice to get a perfect painting. Customers should review thoroughly before accepting. The artist is very willing to make any changes needed before finalization. The turnaround time was very good even with my multiple changes.
Had been really struggling on what to buy my wife for Christmas this year. Never head of Paint Your Life until listening to the Matt Walsh podcast one afternoon. The light bulb came on and instantly I knew my problem was solved. Returned home; brought up your website; read some; submitted her picture. Was showed a mock-up of my painting for approval. Was allowed many options to add stuff to the painting or remove stuff or have a different background etc. Did not avail myself of any but might on any sugsequent picture. Was kept informed on progress on my painting and shown a picture of the painting when it was finished and offered another chance to make changes of express and disapproval(s). Was happy. Was initially annoyed they would not accept a P.O. Box for delivery as that is what we usually do in this small town. But went along. Was informed when it was shipped with an ETA on delivery. To the day, I saw a person at my gate and went out and he gave me the package. It was very well boxed and packed with lots of bubble wrap etc. When unpackaged it was very happy with the picture and the frame. Very solid all around. Re-packaged it, wrapped it and it is hidden now waiting for Christmas. Overall, a very easy, informed-all-along-the-way, pleasant purchasing experience. And it did not take long either. I'll be doing this again for sure.
