I ordered a painting for my husband, for Fathers Day, that included his mom and our two daughters. His mom passed away before I could meet her and her grandchildren never got to meet her either. I wanted to have a painting with all three of them so they could be together forever. My husband is not a very emotional person but this painting made him cry when he opened it. I approved the edited photo just to be greeted with a painting that didn't look anything like it. I emailed them saying i would like some changes because the painting simply didn't look like the approved photo they sent me. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the new version, almost to nothing changed. Getting frustrated by the time that's it's taken to get the painting i approved it and here i am, an entire month later still waiting on my painting to be shipped. I was hoping to get it by Mother's Day, didn't happen. Am now hoping to get it for my mothers birthday at the end of the month and it's clear that it sadly won't be the case either. Very much let down by the wait time and subpar work.

I have owned this painting for 7 months. The person who painted it did not listen well. Who ever I was in contact with to make this painting has no imagination, they were working for the dollar. The flowers are dull, not enough flowers, not enough color, my dogs face was never fixed after I asked for it to be fixed, the frame looks like it was cut by a child(none of the corners match up). For $806.00 I do not recommend your company.

Several mistakes and delays and over $700 later, they can't tell me where my painting is. No tracking info at all. After they guaranteed it would be here in time for Christmas before we ordered. Now that we have and paid it's a different story. Buyer beware.

I'm quite impressed what they were able to do with the old photos of my aunt and uncle. They were worn out pretty much and they managed to bring back the original quality and actually paint it flawlessly. I'm absolutely flabbergasted!
