I ordered my painting on May 30th and paid for the expedited shipping option so that I could receive it by Father's Day. The site guaranteed I would receive it by Father's Day. Everything was moving along quite well until I received the mockup of the painting. My husband and father-in-law are brown skinned... think the color of Snickers bars. In the painting, they were the color of peanut butter. Very sepia. I reached out and explained this, and wanted their complexions to match them. This caused the painting to arrive after Father's Day.
It was ok. Had to call about the delivery of the painting but the painting looks great.
There was great communication back and forth with the company to make sure the details were just right.
