My order was split up into 2 shipments. The first one came, not damaged in any way but the wrong size. Then, a few days later they canceled the other half of my clothing just because it was "out of stock". Will be trying again later. Very disappointed

I placed a 250 dollar order with overnight shipping over a week ago. Signed up for message updates everything. And they have done nothing so far. My order still has not even been processed by the warehouse I have gotten no updates. But my package has been received by the warehouse so they just aren't processing it. I ordered 6 pieces of clothing over 40 dollars per piece of clothing and it has taken a them this long to still not even have it processed. You would think they would have a sense of urgency if they are going to charge over 40 dollars for a short sleeve shirt and another 30 + for overnight. Compared to everywhere else you can shop this will never again be my first choice. I can safely say they have lost my business after this order arrives whenever that may be. The clothing they are selling is great but when it takes this long with overnight shipping to even be processed by the warehouse after it is received by that same warehouse it is not worth it by any mean for me. And nowhere on my tracking does it say that they need to be shipped to the warehouse from out of country which is why I thought it was taking so long so there really is no reason for it to takes weeks to even process my order. And nowhere on the website does it say shipping will take this long. No warnings whatsoever just weeks of waiting and text messages about how you should go buy more from them when you haven't even received your first order. Bad customer service all the way around on this one.

I brought 4 pair of shorts online and received 20% off. I took them to the store to exchange for same item different size and they made me pay full price. An even exchange is just that an exchange. I should of been honored the price I paid. They lost a great customer.

This company if a fraud Do Not take the risk of placing a order with pacsun customer service is horrible and they should not advertise and sell what they do not have in stock and they don't gives refunds when they don't fill the order it a bad gamble chances are you will loss

Over 2 weeks for my Christmas order, now the order is being sent back because they put the wrong address. Been told I will get a full refund and my rewards money too. And still nothing, just terrible overall

I ordered five items here on cyber Monday and one by one my items shipped. My fourth item arrived on Dec 13th and I was just waiting for the fifth item. It's now Dec 29th and I just checked on the website that the item was not shipped. After reading all the reviews on here I'm guessing that they cancelled that item even though I didn't receive an email or anything to let me know that. At least I wasn't charged for it though. I'm never shopping online here again!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. After I placed my order, I received notification that my order would be received within 10 days. I received one of the two pairs of shoes within that time frame. I waited another week just to give them some leeway. After the additional week I logged into my PacSun account and the second pair of shoes was still active as an order, but still had not been shipped. I DuckDuckgoed the telephone phone for PacSun and gave them a call. The rep told me that the second pair of shoes would be shipped soon. I waited another week and called PacSun again; the rep then told me that the second pair of shoes had been canceled without letting me know of such.

PATHETIC PACSUN

So... placed an order on 12/5 for 2 pairs of jeans (since they didn't have his size in store) hoping they would be here for Christmas- WRONG! I've called several times and tracked my order and it only said "Processing order in Warehouse" so finally got someone on the phone today 12/23 to tell me the order has been CANCELED (no email communication) and he said it was due to the shipping and billing addresses not matching. What the heck?! Would've been nice to get some type of email saying they cancelled so I could get his jeans elsewhere. Oh AND they still have a "hold" on the money from my account... I've never in my life experienced such crap from a company! Whatever you doDO NOT ORDER FROM PACSUNEVER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAC SUN - I ordered some jeans off of my cousin's Christmas wish list and they cancelled my order without even notifying me. I placed the order on 12/8 so it could come in time for Christmas and it is now 12/20. When I check the tracking on their website, it says that my order is being processed at the warehouse. I am on the phone with Customer Service right now (who does not speak very good English and keeps repeating herself) and she is not being very helpful at all. She told me that they cancelled my order due to it being backordered. I never received an email or a phone call with this information. I am so disappointed that my cousin will not get the Christmas gift that she wanted due to poor management and customer service of this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL GET YOU NO WHERE & HAVE THE WORST BROKEN ENGLISH.

I WILL SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER, EVER SHOP HERE!

Cancelled half my order
December 15, 2019

First of all it has been 3 weeks since I ordered, I ordered 5 shirts and 2 pairs of pants. Well so far they have shipped one shirt that I haven't recieved yet, they sent 3 different emails saying they are cancelling parts of my order because they are "no longer available", well dont sell them to me in the first place. I have tried to email them several times and never recieved a response. This is the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. I have spent probably $1000's in their brick and mortar stores, but I will never purchase from them again.

Update: 12/18 I recieved an item today, what was supposed to be in the package was a XL black Obey shirt, what I got was a females Med white reckless shirt. This company is unbelievable. I really can't believe a company can mess up this bad.

Update 12/30 so I just called about the last shirt I was supposed to get, they had sent me a tracking number a while ago saying the label was created and it stayed like that for weeks, I sent several emails regarding it and only got a generic email back that didn't address any of my concerns. Well they stated the package got "lost in transit", well looking at the tracking number the item never even made it to the shipping facility. So out of everything I ordered I got one shirt. Worst company ever.

The guy in charge of the Fear of God release at the King of Prussia location was terrible. If I'm spending money in your store, the least I expect is for someone to help me. The guy in charge was terrible and gave me an attitude. He also told me not to remove the Fear of God stuff from the hanger, that there were no try-ons and that I also couldn't hold it up to see if it fit. So no try on and also no return? Absolute trash. Most of the workers were in bad moods. This whole experienced turn me off from buying anything else even though I wanted to. For not being a designer store, you guys are overboard and too hype to be doing all of this. I was waiting for someone to approach me when I asked for help and no one did but the long hair guy eventually came out and asked me if someone was helping me. The guy was cool but the guy in charge of fog doesn't deserve to be in charge and this is coming from someone who has worked at awful places before. They don't even treat me like this at actual high end and streetwear stores even if I look broke. You guys suck.

Terrible experience
December 4, 2019

I had a terrible black Friday experience and will no longer be a customer of PacSun, much to the distress of my daughter. She loves the clothes and the store. I made an order and followed the instructions for the BOGO deal. I had both items in my cart, one qualifying as the free item. After I paid, the free item was suddenly gone from my order. I immediately contacted customer service to try to fix the problem. Initial response was a cookie cutter statement. I responded and after multiple conversations back and forth I was informed it was my fault that the free item disappeared from my order and I could buy it if I wanted. I responded that i had no desire to ever shop with PacSun again if this is how they treat their customers. No response to that.

Although I truly love Pacsun and all of their clothes, the shipping takes forever! I placed my order on the 29th of November and picked express shipping when checking out (which they claim will have my order at my door within 2-3 day). Its been 5 days and the order still hasnt even been processed, its ridiculous. I reached out to them several times and they keep pushing back the expected date of my order. The most recent expected delivery date was the December 8th (10 days after placing the order). Customer service has not been helpful at all. I should have just went to the store in person.

I had ordered a puffer jacket from PacSun and after the conformation, even on the 6th day, it was still being processed and not shipped. I called customer service and a lady picked it up. She didn't know what she was talking. She had no answers to my questions. The only thing she said was "i don't know how long it's gonna take but it will definitely be delivered in couple of days." Waited 2-3 days more and later my order was cancelled. The email said it got out of stock but when i checked it online it was still available. Also i called customer service again just to make sure if it really got out of stock and the guy said it is still available. It was suppose to be a birthday gift but it passed the birthday and nearly two more weeks; never arrived. Every representative had different things to say which sucked!

Been waiting for 17 days for my order. FedEx says it's still pending. I don't think FedEx even has it. Should have just went to the store.
