It said free shipping on orders over $80. Then it only had $16 shipping available for me to purchase. I spent $88. And then $16 on the only shipping option available.

Customer service answered all of my questions, and I'm glad that the socks are so great. After getting my Pacas and wearing them, I'm going to be buying more!
I ordered a little over $100 and the banner on the website said "Free hat with ANY order of $80 or more. Use code: COZYHEAD." However, when I put in the code during checkout, it said "Cozyhead discount is not available for the items in your cart." Not a good way to start out a relationship with a new customer. I hope the socks are not as disappointing as the ordering process!
