The first gift I got from my boyfriend comes from Ozsale. He was browsing and saw a pair of cute white and blue polkadots flipflops and thought of surprising me. So he got that for me and I was indeed surprise. I asked him where he bought it and he said online and gave me the site where to find it and after that me and my bf have been shopping with ozsale. He even got me a birthday present from Ozsale, like my cute blue bag, a bracelet and a necklace. I love them!

Overall, excellent! I've been shopping in Ozsale for how many years now and my experience is great. There are times that I need to ask for a refund or return with my order and the Ozsale team are very helpful and accommodating. They answer my queries with care & the refund is fast. I always recommend Ozsale to my friends & family.
I needed a birthday present fast, looking on the web site I found some excellent priced products. I had never shopped on line before, and was nervous about making the purchase. Not only did it arrive before I expected, the quality of the item was also second to none!.
This site has a huge choice of consumer products, no-one in the family is left out. Not even the fuurkids. The only things I don't like about this shopping experience is the time most products take to get delivered, up to a month is way too long and the fact that you have to pay for delivery to take that long is a pain. The other issue for me is some products do not have enough photos and or description about the item, you're left guessing what it looks like inside, colour/material/compartments etc. And when a clothing item is "one size" then the description says model is wearing small and it JUST seems to fit her. Well, needless to say I don't buy as much as I would probably otherwise. Still spend though!

These items were sourced from New Zealand. I purchased them for a Christmas present. They were received in a few weeks. The product was exactly as per the website. My only issue was not with Ozsale but with Australia Post as I was advised that the items would be delivered the day after they were actually ready to be delivered and I had to go to the Post Office to collect them.
Every aspect is made easy. From selection right through to purchase. I love how there is a picture of your chosen items in the 'basket' just before you make the purchase ensuring it's the right product.
