There are always great products to be found at fantastic prices. You know exactly when the ETA is, so you can plan ahead if buying presents or anything. Did almost all my Christmas shopping this year through OzSale!
Purchase was quick and easy, had to return items which also was an easy process... however think it should be specified more that you receive a voucher rather than your money refunded, I would prefer a refund. Also had issues applying the voucher

Have been using Ozsale for over 6 years have never had any problems with them. The products are great and quality is exactly as they say it is. Love shopping with this Company i trust thus site.
I know everytime I need to find gifts for family and friends, big or small, I will find it all on ozsale. My go to shopping spree, at a great price.
Love the variety of products available at great prices. I also like that you are able to track the process and delivery. Sometimes the time from ordering to shipping is a little slow but you can see exactly where the process is at and estimated frames for each step. I spend way too much on here but the products are always top quality and so much cheaper than retail!
I love the things I've bought from Ozsale & doesn't take long to deliver
I ordered in mid-late October, with an anticipated delivery date of 14 -18th November. Here it is 2nd December and the item is still "in transit" from overseas. This was a birthday gift so I am less than impressed. Never again, Ozsale, never again.

Ozsale is generally a good website to pick up some bargains, particularly with toys, clothes, and cosmetics. However, always read the description very carefully. If there is not enough information available, just don't buy it! I have had three not-so-great experiences with Ozsale; an item arrived broken, an item arrived not as described, and another item was past the expiry date. This is not necessarily Ozsale's fault, as products do sometimes get shipped directly from suppliers. However, it is quite easy to get a refund or return the item if something like this happens. I have been using Ozsale for over 6 years, and the vast majority of purchases are great.
