Online shopping is convenient, ozsale is my absolutely favorite place to shop, the sales are genuine and competitive, the products are quality and authentic, and u can be assured of great products with an abundance of variety, it is so easy to shop at ozsale and be confident u r purchasing top quality at amazing prices
I have purchased many items from Ozsale over the years. My last fashion purchase was shipped from U. K. Gorgeous item, lovely quality at a fraction of the usual retail price. The only downside usually is having to wait several weeks for dispatch and delivery. On the occasion that I have needed to return items due to not fitting or having a defect or being a defective product, customer service has been mostly helpful. There have been 3 disappointing occasions when items I have ordered have been cancelled after a long delay waiting for the item. Money was then refunded. Apparently the seller was unable to supply these items.
I've used Ozsale many times and if you don't realise that the items have to come from overseas it can be frustrating how long you have to wait. Other than that I'm a fan of the huge variety on offer.
Really enjoy receiving the Ozsale emails. Love browsing the the site particularly women's clothing and skincare. Full of plenty of great deals.
Purchases have always been hassle free with delivery always before or at the time specified at the time of sale.

Sheltered from the elements and in a comfort zone of my choosing, I peruse the virtual aisles leisurely selecting from a superfluous amount of different brands, everyday or luxurious. As I do this, I chow down a snack and zip on a beverage to suit the climate. This is shopping at its apex.

A doon a cover I ordered was red and white and when it arrived it was pink and red. I sent it back but it cost me $10.00 each way so this error left me $20.00 out of pocket.
Order arrived on time and to the right address after originally the address being changed. Products worked well for a while until one of the watches broke after a month.
