I ordered a pair of jeans that were super cute on their website with fringe bottoms. The item I received looked nothing like the pictures. The fringe on the pair I received were cheaply sewed on string fringe rather than integrated into the jeans with the jean material as the fringe. I reached out to the company, and they offered me another item at no cost, however, I have no trust in the quality of their items at this point. I was next offered a 20% refund to keep the item that is not wearable. The jeans I received are a gross representation of what I was supposed to receive and I would be embarrassed to wear them. I recommend that you do not buy from them as their items look enticing, but the reality is subpar to say the least. The customer service is responsive, but their solutions are not adequate. I would consider this a fraudulent or scam website. I mean, what else do you call a website that sends products that look nothing like their website listings. I wish I could upload photos so you could see what I'm talking about. Anyway, I was beyond disappointed!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I agree! DO NOT PURCHASE from them. They actually charged me for a garment I did not order. That is theft! I have a copy of the original order which has only 3 items on it. Then the bill had four items and one did not have a picture... just a question mark. When I enter the description of this garment from the receipt into their website, it is "item not found." I now want to return everything because it was cheaply made and was either to large or too small. I have emailed at least three times and tried to contact them via the customer service button on their site. No response whatsoever. Their phone number is not legit either. I am now disputing the charges with my bank. Total scam of a company.

Do not purchase from Oyrosy. It's a scam. Sadly I ordered an item and it was made with the cheapest material you could find. I requested a refund as it stated on their website that you could return items for refunds and I went back and forth for days until the finally told me to contact them in 6 months because they didn't have the tools to refund at the moment. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OYROSY!

I purchased two dresses from this website, but the sizing was incorrect, and I immediately tried to return them. The return policy posted on their website did not mention any conditions requiring me to exchange or make another purchase in order to receive a refund. However, after I requested the return, they refused to give me a refund and stated I must purchase something else or wait up to a year to get my money back. This is clearly misleading and not what was stated in their return policy at the time of purchase. I have screenshots of the return policy and emails confirming that they will not honor a refund. This appears to be a deceptive business practice. I'm requesting that the FTC investigate this business and take appropriate action to prevent others from being misled and losing money.
