Ordered several pontoon furniture pieces.
Still missing two pieces.
Tried using the online chat. That didn't work.
Finally got through to a breathing person who looked into my order. The two items missing were never shipped. She said it'd be 2-3 more weeks before I get those.
Customer service wasn't concerned in the slightest about the issue. "I'll get them when I get them".
No tracking number provided when I ordered. No mention of partial order shipping.
I placed a $2800. 00 order in August 2021, it's now February 2022 and they cannot find my order. I have called several times and they keep saying they are going to call me back, yet I do not receive a response. Even worse they charged my card back in August so now my credit card company is saying it's too late to make a claim. Now I have to try the legal system to get my money back.
I Ordered & paid for seats in June 2021, someone messed up order & we received partial delivery! Had to re order missing seats in September, It's now February 2022 & I'm still missing 2 seats! Where are my seats? I call & call, all I ever get is bs... Buyers beware, shop somewhere else, not worth it!

Ordered a ski tube had to call 3 times before it ever shipped. Lied to by costomer service about it being shipped. Then when received one of the bladders never held air. Tried to see if they would replace, they just gave me manufactuerers phone number and said sorry. It was within the 90 day policy. Never buy from them again. The manufacterer told me they hear that about overtons all the time.
We have tried unsuccessfully to contact someone from Overtons regarding g the quality of the pontoon boat seats we purchased from them. This is the 2nd time our seats have literally fallen apart. All we are asking is to replace the cushions only since the base of each of the seats is in good shape.
We clean the seats regularly and cover when the weather is bad. We have had to use Duct tape in colors to repair temporarily. Please have someone contact us.
Ordered a $300 ladder from Overton's. They refused to ship it for 5 weeks. I spoke to 4 different people and they all said they can't call the warehouse and they can only send an email. I said that sounded like BS and the guy said I've worked here for twenty years and we've never been able to call the warehouse! So turns out all 4 people never sent the emails to the warehouse, every person not following the process sounds fishy to me. And really, why doesn't their system flag orders that haven't been fulfilled for over a month?
During this fiasco I had made a comment to them that I was Really disappointed in the customer service because I could easily order from something like Amazon but I try to support smaller businesses. Fast forward a few weeks, I realize I need to return a few of the items I ordered. Ordering online is complicated sometimes because you can't really see it or feel it. When I called for the return they said because the item is the fact if I have to pay for shipping! Like what year is this 1995?
So I would advise against ordering from Overtonās at all. But if you're going to order from overtons make sure it's the exact item you want because you may not be able to return it and make sure you don't need it immediately because it could take over a month to get to you.
They don't give me enough characters to explain how $#*!ed up this company is.

Worst Customer Service I've ever dealt with. Lied too twice about when and if all my items were shipped. Products came in 4 different packages, weeks apart. No packing slips and took almost a month to get everything when I was told everything was in stock. When I called customer service for help; On hold for almost 1 hr. Had to pay shipping on a return Item that was their fault. I'll never do business with them again
Funny how if they think you are going to place an order they pick up the phone on first ring but when you call customer service for anything else you wait more than 15 minutes on the phone! They say you items will ship within 14 business days when almost everyone else ships your purchase with the first three days. Almost as bad as ordering from China. It may or may not show up in a month or two..
I'm not only embarrassed for Overton's & staff, I'm also embarrassed I've every ordered from Overton's, I'm also so embarrassed I didn't look at these reviews before ordering from Overton's.
July 3, ordered two expensive knee boards, two ropes and paid for two day service. Over a week later received one board, two days later received the second knee board. August 3 called Overton customer service and spoke with ED JACKSON, TEAM LEADER, he told me the boards were pulled and ready to ship, 5 days later called ED JACKSON BACK, he told me the ropes were not in stock but he would replace the ropes and send another brand, at which time I ordered 4 pairs of youth gloves for my grandchildren, because ED JACKSON told me they would go out that day, two day service, no extra charge. TODAY IS August 10, I've still not received the two ropes which were ordered July 3 I've not yet received the 4 pairs of gloves. Needless to state, I strongly recommend NOT buying from Overton's. BTW, Overton's doesn't allow files to be downloaded, for proof of purchase
If you want your order within the next month, go somewhere else. Slow slow slow. Contacting them is so so, but getting a product they have in stock is slow slow slow.
Ordered a IN STOCK item June 15. Finally received it July 8th after numerous phone call that promised me in would be sent out within a few days. I would have canceled the order if they were honest enough to say it would take over 3 weeks to ship it. I could have ordered from others for the same price. Will never use them again. To many other options.
If you order online it will say to expect your order say in a week. Then you can pay more for faster delivery options. After you pay for the order you will get a message that your order may be delayed! I've made the mistake of making several orders, until I saw that is the standard for them. Nothing has come on time. Usually weeks later and one order took over a month. All orders said the items were in stock. If you try to talk to someone in customer service it will take several hours! No joke! I'm currently on the line waiting to talk and after 40 minutes the line hung up! This used to be a great company 10 years ago! So sad its now the worst!
I ordered a tube from Overton's on June 22nd. About 6 days later I received my package. Sadly, it did not contain what I had ordered. I called in, explained the situation, and was emailed a FedEx label to return the product. I did immediately and waited patiently for my tube to arrive. It is now July 21st (1 month later), and I still have NOT received my product.
I have called in 3 times and waited on hold for a cumulative time of over 2 hours. I have done the online chat twice. I am currently on hold for over 70 minutes to cancel my order and receive a refund. After 71 minutes I was hung up on automatically.
Incompetent would be a compliment. Absolutely dreadful. Fraudulent.
Took over a month to get all items ordered. Informal tracking, customer service sent me a screenshot of my tracking history through FedEx, don't get me started with FedEx. It's no wonder why Amazon prime is Killin it!. I'll never use over$#*!s again

I have placed three orders over the past 2 month. Average time to receive the products is 3.5 weeks. I ordered an incorrect size in one of my orders. Returns are impossible. In order to make a return, the buyer is required to call customer service. The first time I called, I was on hold for 62 minutes. I had to hang up when I had another meeting. My second call was 48 minutes, and I was then sent to voicemail. I never received a call back, no surprise. My third call 71 minutes and ended with "your call cannot be completed as dialed..." disconnect. I have little confidence that my fourth, fifth or sixth calls will be any different. Overton's website says they have been in business since 1976 (lots of time to read when on hold) and was purchased by Comping World. I'm not sure how a company survives for 45 years with this level of no-service. Maybe it's the Camping World influence. Maybe they haven't been able to figure out how to do business in the 21st century. Or maybe they have, and they have decided to take the Comcast approach to customer no-service. I'm betting on the latter.
Placed an order for boat seat bases on 5/31. Received a confirmation they will be delivered 6/10. Nothing. Checked back in track my shipment. Said delivery 7/2 to 7/6. Nothing!. Checked back again said 7/11 to 7/13. Nothing. Checked back again not it is saying processing check back soon. Well the boat wasn't done for our 4th of july party. What a disappointment. Sent an email and guess what? Nothing.
I don't know how they stay in business! I've called half a dozen times held on line for 35 min. I've emailed to cancel my order as it's been over 2 weeks and they're in the United States and have yet to ship my order! Summer will be over and I'll probably still be waiting! I don't recommend you buy anything from this company!
I placed an order on June 14th. Today is now July 8th. My oder still has not shipped. At this rate I will receive my product after summer and will not get to try it until next summer. Customer service is a joke and you cannot get answers from anyone. Stay away from this company and order from another business!
Answer: Legit but awful! Buyer beware of this company. They are no good drop shippers. Order elsewhere.
Answer: They claimed items were available and ready to ship. That was a lie, but they billed me instantly.
Answer: Live chat seemed almost immediately available, but representatives have no power to resolve issues nor do they have any information regarding items they list. Researching the item I was after showed it had been discontinued by the manufacturer and would no longer be available, but online reps kept insisting that the item could be back ordered f I waited long enough. Maybe I'd believe them if it wasn't for the literally hundreds of reviews calling out the exact same scam. Chat Reps had snippy, dismissive attitude as noted in many, many reviews. The reps know they are working for a scam organization and they're cool with it.
