Booster went sub. 500 winrate in a Dota 2 boost. To be more specific, they went 18 wins 25 losses and 1 abandon, resulting in a 500 behavior score reduction. It's diabolical. I don't think they realize how crazy this actually is because they never acknowledged it. I have screenshots and everything. For people who know about Dota 2, that so called booster did not have top networth as a Medusa in games he was winning. Even I can manage that. There were also lots of 15 minute bot lobbies. He was obviously not a high mmr player which is pretty concerning because then what is he and what can he do with my info.

Interacted with customer support a few times. They gave me a second booster but he lost his first match and quit for the day. They also have LLM customer service agents. After getting actual people, one guy copied and pasted obvious AI messages to me, and another guy's actually not good at customer service. I feel sick to my stomach. By now, it's pretty clear that I'm getting scammed.

Update, I did get a refund. They did apologize and offered store points. I will not come back here though and I would not recommend the site to others. I got my money back but not my time and energy.

A little bit after I got back to my account playing Dota, I got a VAC notification. Had a simple fix but it made my heart drop to my stomach for a few minutes.

Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Despite paying more for faster service, they didn't deliver. Emails go ignored. Their service promises are basically worthless. If you value your money and sanity, think twice before using them. Recently, they banned my account and withheld my earned money. This isn't a one-time mistake. They have a clear pattern of delaying payments for weeks. Even worse, they charge workers extra to guarantee faster payments, but they don't follow their own instructions—meaning you pay more and still wait. If you're thinking of working for them, don't. They cannot be trusted, and they take advantage of workers while hiding behind false promises. I'm sharing this so other workers and customers are aware before they lose their time, effort, and money.

DO NOT RECOMEND! Terrible experience. 4 days of waiting its just ridiculous. Avoid them, don't waste your time you'll get nothing here.
