These people make me want to punch a baby. We ordered a jersey on Monday 12/14/09. Their site lists '3-5 days for shipping.' Christmas Day came and went and the jersey never arrived. No tracking number ever was provided, only a receipt with a Paypal header in my email inbox. Of course, the phone number listed *******188) is not connected. Just yesterday, 12/30/09, around 330pm EST I happened to speak with someone on Overbestmall.com 's 'Live Customer Support Chat'. A man whom identified himself as 'Mr. Bob Lin' informed me that their phone number had changed, now to *******688, and that customer service (yes, another customer service entirely) would be available from 7am-3pm. What a coincidence! I just missed their business hours! Already feeling highly suspicious and exponentially pi$$ed off, I called anyway- probably 25 times- just this morning, 12/31/09. And guess what happened... the phone rang and rang and rang. No voicemail, no automated machine, nothing. So much for the old college try. OVERBESTMALL.COM IS A SCAM, with no shades of gray. NEVER BUY FROM OVERBESTMALL.COM. Please have a shred of belief in my review. Overbestmall.com is a joke. No legitimacy, no professionalism. The cheaper prices on their 'product' is simply bait to lure people in, and, in these hard economic times, a lot of people are looking for just this type of break and take that bait so they may give a nice gift to a loved one. It's off to PayPal I go to get my dispute on!

I think this is rediculous how they can keep ripping people off and there is nothing you can do about it. Theey are huge the jersey itself looks nice but the web site is phony you can't call any numbers they give you and they log off on the service chat online because even though the web site says you can return it you can't. This has been the worst experience of my life and should be illegal. Deffinately do not use this wb site they are theifs!

I ordered a jersey from overbestmall.com and they sent the wrong one! Now for over a month I have been trying to get the correct one sent but they are now asking for more money for shipping. I already paid them $107.00 and on there home page it says shipping free to U.S. & Canada. When you try talk to them on the online live chat they hang up on me! NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL! They expect me to keep and be happy with a jersey that I did not want! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY BEST FRIEND! But I will not give up until I get the jersey I did order!
