I received my collar and it came with a black collar which I know for sure I picked a fluorescent one on the Internet I recently spent $3000 hopefully this can be resolved because I looked online again and it cost $23 to replace it if there's anything we can do I would deeply appreciate it *******202

There are no real descriptions as to what model numbers the collars go to. Or how long the collars and replacement collars are. Hoping it's the length I need and it's not too short. I have a Bull Mastiff.
