Ordering online was simple. The collar selection was great as was the color selection. My collar shipped and got here faster than I thought it would being the Christmas season and all. Unfortunately once I got it and charged it I started using it on my dog and realized she didn't react to the zap like her other collar so I took it off to see how the settings were. Needless to say it is defective. Sending back to Garmin now who also was great to deal with to get a replacement! It sucks that I won't have it for some time but I am sure they will get it fixed or replaced.

Collar looks great and is pretty light. Bought the 18" one for my Australian Shepard and should have sized up as he is on the last notch but that is my fault. Great collar and the brass plate lettering is very clear!
