This is the 2nd collar I have ordered from Outdoor dog Supply. The collar is great and the delivery is prompt.
I live in PA and this was shipped from VA, normally any first class item will be to me within 2 days from Virginia. This took a week, they must be using some sort of slow boat bulk mailing system (annoying!) And no, shipments such as this are not delayed by Covid - I send and receive pkgs daily, this should not have taken a week to arrive. I also think the length of the cables should be in the details - they are very short.
