I ordered shoes from the company, received an order confirmation and a charge on my credit card, but those items never shipped (it's now three weeks later, and I contacted the company by their email address, and they never replied). This site does not provide a phone number for customer service. Beware of ordering anything on this website.
I ordered some rare nisolo huarache colorblock sandals. They were the last in my size and it took 8 days to be told my shoes would not arrive. Sunny or Amanda said my shoes were stuck at customs and they had to cancel my order. Mind you they never even shipped. I asked if I could exchange the shoes and they won't answer now. Very suspicious site that I can't see anything good about beyond Instagram. Don't be fooled by this site
