I am writing this review after placing an order online from this store for a second time. The store sent me a pineapple-shaped golden cutlery set, which on one side had many small scratches, which I found a few hours later when I was cleaning the shell for fingerprint marks. On being informed, Mr Saurabh said that he would find a solution. And when I asked him for the solution, the product was out of stock the next day. I was cheated by the seller; he shipped a product having scratch marks (probably kept on display), knowing pretty well that there was no exchange or return available.
