Bought shoes for my husband and he did not like the fit. Returned them for refund. One month later after I didn't receive refund I called them to inquire and was told the shoes were dirty and unexceptable for return. Director of Operations) lied to me when she said she had sent an email about this policy. She went so far as to send an email on the policy WHILE I was on the phone with her. I have never experienced such dishonesty and disappointment in a company and costumer service in my life. Thh hi is company should ashamed to employ people like this. $180 stolen
