I joined the site three years ago before Oranum stopped their "experts" from speaking to clients off the site. Pendora used to tell members on the site about her Oranum clients and their issues through skype. I witnessed this in person. She also looked to bring anyone to the site to become a "expert" so she could get a kick back on the money they made. I would avoid her daughter "Gothicgypsy" because who knows if the daughter does the same thing.

I've also witnessed the "regulars" sharing information between each other. There are several who add your user name, name and information in their computer. Namely Skinnymouse, Sistarspirit M, Lynda Spirit Medium among others.

The bigger issue is that anyone who thinks they have abilities joins Oranum somehow as an "expert". These are usually people who cycle around the site from room to room as a paying member. A week later they are on as an "expert" seen clearly laying down on their floor or their bed.

Card readers can learn to read cards which requires no ability whatsoever. This further woes the site.

There are a rare few truly gifted people who do not participate in this terrible behavior. The best examples are Satya7 or Thepsychicone. Neither are on often and do not have a contact list full of other readers (huge red flag).

I highly recommend opening a few accounts under a few different email addresess and obtain readings in this manner. These user names should not visit more than 2 readers for readings with the truly gifted ones.

However, the lack of ethics, the readers sharing personal information with other members and readers and the member tracking is enough to suggest avoiding this site.

I have had more than enough readings in real life and on this site. I had three readings over the course of several months and I believe they track personal information and reading so that all the so called experts can see it and just tell you the same thing. Even the phrasing was the same as someone else told me. I read one review that said she was baffled because a different reader told her the exact same thing from a reading year ago. There maybe some real readers, but I think there are many that do not have the gift of being psychic that see your personal information and aren't really reading you, but telling you the same thing as someone else told you. They always bring up another screen, and some even pause to read while you are in private chat. I think this site is mostly a scam and hard to tell who might really have a gift. Save your money.

This site is a joke, they will let any idiot with a deck of cards join. They hacked my computer and disabled my internet. The people are rude and greedy, all they want is your money. Someone on there had the nerve to send me spam mail with my dead sister's name on it. The site crashes in private chat. Once you get into paid private chat, they act like they are on vacation. Especially stay away from angelful1982, she is one hateful bioch. The whole deal is bad news.

Have been following and enjoying Oranum for nearly 18 months now. There are so many readers to choose from. HOWEVER. Recruitment policies are too lenient with far too many readers joining. This means that talented readers do not have enough customers to make a living so they leave after a few months. This "churn" of readers means that relationships are hard to sustain with anyone over time. I used to enjoy the interaction with readers but now there is too much competition the energy of the site has changed. Too many readers don't speak or interact unless in private chats. Some are rude and obnoxious. Others are flirtatious and sleazy. Some of the female readers show their cleavage too much/often. And to top it off they have now changed the customer user interface and boy is it a mess. Hard to use, keeps freezing and crashing internet explorer. Tried firefox, chrome and mosiac, same thing. A big change for the worse. Readers i have spoken too don't like it and customers are abandoning the site quite quickly. Try www.spiritum.com instead. New kid on the block easy to use.
