Am platit la data de 24 televiziunea iar noaptea pe data de 24 la ora 12 mi lau inchis si mau lasat fara televizor,acum e a doua zi 25-12-2024 ora 12 noaptea si internetu si televizorul sint taiate, dar platite,inca nu mi le-au deschis, in noaptea de craciun fara internet si televizor! Serviciul client nu le merge deloc si nimeni nu te baga in seama!

La începutul lunii septembrie am contactat orange România să anulez contractul. Spre surprinderea mea contractul meu a fost reactualizat fraudulos de o persona într-un magazin orange din Tulcea, în contextul în care eu sunt din Timișoara și locuiesc în Anglia, și nu am mai fost în România de cel puțin 6 ani.
Am încercat să fac plângere, să vorbesc cu cineva și nimic, la servicii cu clienții au un comportament jegos și flegmatic.

Orange România, ați trimis recuperatori și amenințări mamei mele, care e și bolnavă de cancer.

Vreau să vă întreb, cu ce documente a-ți reactualizat contractul in condițiile în care eu nu mai am buletin de România și nici pașaport romanesc, doar britanic.

Chiar as dori un răspuns, și vreau să văd și contractul cu semnătura, m-am informat și nu a fost făcut digital.

Since they taked Telekom,the internet the phone and the internet on the cell phone is not working. We payed the bill 2 month and whend we called to ask wy we dont have internet they sad is not payed. Orange comunication and orange is not the same they sed and the orange comunication was payed but orange romania no. But we didn t received any bill but the ones of Orange Comunication with we payed imediately. Actualia our biill now is -2 Ron.Croocks and worst service ever

Very ofen the company has issues with providing a good quality internet connection. This time they had a breach in the network for which they take 48 hours to solve it. This is not first time it happens. More than that, as you inform them about this matter, they have no solution for it. If you work from home, basically that is an unwanted situation. You cannot rely on their services. Every time it happened was the same. No solution, but you pay for those services anyway. On top of that, the employees working on guest relations are rude and unwilling to help.You loose time talking to them for nothing to be solved. I don'ț recommend this company for their lack of care for customers and their way of solving issues. Better choose another internet provider.
