I did return the item amd exchanged it for something else.
The chain I bought is very thin and fragile and when I put it on, it broke. When I tried to get it replaced, the return policy is very complicated. I sent pictures to the company and I was given an email to order a new one but they want payment again. I'm not going to pay yet again for a product that I'm not sure what quality of product I'm going to get in return. Plus, not sure if I will get credit for the broken chain.
The pieces I received were very thin and felt cheap. I returned them and will be shopping elsewhere.

Website kept jumping around. I had to keep searching for the item I was interested in.
First time I had to sign. I work long hours and UPS store is out of my way. I was also going out of town and had to pick up before they returned to Oradina. Very inconvenient for me.

Glad I bought these in the largest size of 14mm. I haven't taken them off since I put them on. I sleep in them at night and they haven't bothered me. I feel they provide a nice put together look for daily life, whether I am at work, running errands or cleaning the house.
