Its beautiful as described but very very tight and also its not something you can wear all the time because if you run your hand against the necklace its jagged

Terrible craftmanship...my bracelet lock is bended upon received it. They wanted to charge $10 for sending it back in order to get my replacement when the product they sent me is defective. I chose return it for refund to stay away of the stress. First time and last time ever.

The product was delivered really quickly. I was surprised at how quickly arrived. I want to say it was within like two days. The price was good for the product.

I have a pair of 18 kt small hoop earrings which I LOVE. My 17 yr old daughter borrowed them while on vacation and college shopping and came home days later to find that she had never taken them out of her ears, she loved them so much! So I purchased a rose gold pair for her to match her cross pendant and as a 'back to school' gift, as she's a senior in high school. She hasn't taken THEM out since they arrived.

Beautiful quality pieces at affordable prices but I think the pieces I recently purchased are thinner and more delicate that the ones I purchased a few years ago.

Lovely ring- perfect for everyday wear. I wish the dome size was slightly smaller, as I'm a petite person with small hands. The 10mm thickness is a little wide. It would be ideal if you could offer both 10mm and 8mm sizes. I saw this option available elsewhere.

If you purchase jewelry and it doesn't fit, doesn't suit you, or is somehow damaged, you will be offered the opportunity to "exchange" the piece for something else. BEWARE that if you do that, you are forfeiting your right to refund or exchange in the future. For example, lets say you return something and you decide to "exchange" for something else. The "something else" arrives, but it also doesn't fit. Oradina considers this a final sale. You will not be able to get a refund or exchange it for something different. This is very unfortunate given that this is an online retailer so there are no opportunities to try on the pieces prior to receiving in the mail. Also, when they offer you an "exchange" they don't outright mention that it's a final sale at the time of the option. Their refund/exchange policy is listed in a separate place on the website. So if you didn't think to visit the refund/exchange portion of the website prior to selecting exchange, you'll never know that it is final sale until you try to exchange it for something else. Beware. I bought something back in 2020 and had a great experience so decided to make another purchase in 2023. This change has occurred in those 3 years. I will not make an additional purchases with Oradina and will instead stick to Mejuri.
