I love these earrings! Very light, carries a bright shine to them, easy to wear and could go day to night. I really want the larger ones tho so one day I'll be back for those!

I purchased a pair of earrings but one of them was broken when I tried them for the first time.
I immediately contacted to customer service but they emailed me and said I can't return the broken item but I can exchange to new one. It was obviously initial failure so I explained how it was and asked them to full refund but they stopped reply to my emails. I was able to submit return request online and shipped them but not sure they will allow me to get full return. I tried call them but their phone never worked. Too sad I was excited to purchase from Ordina but end up with sadness with the product and the customer service.
Oradina 14K gold products never disappoint - always high quality and classy. The customer service is outstanding as well, they really come through when you have a problem! UPS unfortunately lost the most recent product I purchased from Oradina; UPS was also difficult to work with and, to date, have done little to resolve this issue. When I contacted Oradina about this matter, they immediately shipped a duplicate product to me (this time via USPS, with a signature required). The new shipment arrived safely in a timely manner!
